Claim credit for attending #AHA24
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the American Heart Association. The American Heart Association is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Instructions for Claiming CE Credit
Follow the steps below to complete your evaluation survey and claim your CE credit(s).
- Go to education.heart.org.
- Click Sign In/Sign Up and sign in with your Username and Password.
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select My Library.
- Select your activity.
- Review the About this Survey section.
- Click Start Survey to complete the evaluation.
- Once completed, click the Submit and Return to Detail Page buttons.
- To download a non-accredited completion certificate, click Download Certificate.
- Claim your CE credit by clicking Claim CE.
- Enter all required information and click Submit.
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select My Account.
- Click CE Details.
- Click the View CE Claim(s) drop-down arrow.
- Click the Download Icon to download your CE Certificate.

MOC Requirements:
- Claim ACCME Credit by December 18, 2024.
- You will receive MOC post-test from [email protected].
- Complete and pass MOC test by December 30, 2024.
Scientific Sessions 2024 Learning Objectives

- Discuss basic cardiovascular scientific research that advances our understanding of biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology, and genetics in relation to cardiac and vascular physiologic and pathophysiologic mechanisms.
- Translate emerging clinical science to clinical practice in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular disease and stroke.
- Evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for treating cardiovascular disorders and stroke across the age continuum.
- Recognize emerging trends in the distribution of diseases of the cardiovascular system and stroke and their impact on public health.
- Evaluate the impact of evolving diagnostic and therapeutic strategies on health costs and outcomes.
- Appraise strategies for academic research-focused and clinical practice-based career trajectories.
